Classes are suitable for beginners (ie no experience of yoga) to intermediate/experienced students.
All the gear is supplied - please feel free to text/call if you have questions, or just turn up :)
Kathleen's classes are influenced by traditional hatha and contemporary vinyasa flow, incorporating postures, connection with the breath, individual alignment, mindfulness meditation and relaxation.
You don't have to be 'good at it' or flexible, or any of those kind of things - yoga is not competitive and there's no posture to master or sequence to learn; please feel free to call/text me if you have any questions.
Yoga will leave you stretched and strengthened, but the most valuable, life-enriching benefits are a clearer mind and calmer heart.
